In week 8, a trio of Arizona stars make the First team as they put together a 4th quarter comeback to beat the Dolphins, who were eager for a win with Tua Tagovailoa back under center. Jahmyr Gibbs and George Kittle highlight a loaded second team, both making an All-Threat team for the third time this season. Here's our full list:

Threat Ratings Week 8 First Team

QB- Kyler Murray(2), Arizona: We all know Murray is a dual threat, but he did the majority of his damage through the air in the win over the Dolphins on Sunday. Murray completed 72 percent of his passes for 307 yards, 2 touchdowns and no interceptions in the contest. Murray led all quarterbacks in passing Threat on the week and was third in rushing Threat, putting together an efficient performance that led the Cardinals to victory.

RB- Najee Harris(1), Pittsburgh: The Steelers controlled the game on the ground in their win over the Giants and Najee Harris was the key piece in that. He rushed 19 times for 114 yards and also caught 3 passes for 17 yards in the game. He led all running backs in rushing only Threat in week 8.

RB- James Cook(1), Buffalo: After some flashes form Ray Davis, James Cook was back in the spotlight for the Bills in their win over Seattle. He had 17 carries for 111 yards and 2 touchdowns finishing second in rushing Threat for the week. He also caught all 3 of his targets for 22 yards and helped buffalo to a convincing 31-10 win.

TE- Trey McBride(2), Arizona: It was a big day for Arizona playmakers and Trey McBride is the 2nd of 3 Cardinals on the first team this week. On national tight end day, competition was stiff for the top spot at the position, but McBride hauled in 9 receptions for 124 yards to take the crown. He is becoming one of Kyler Murray’s most reliable targets on a team that has now moved to 4-4 on the season.

WR- CeeDee Lamb(1), Dallas: Lamb was a birght spot for the Cowboys in an otherwise disappointing performance. I doubt it will be much consolation to Jerry Jones. He had 13 receptions for 146 yards and two touchdowns in the 30-24 loss to San Francisco. It got interesting late and most of Lamb’s production came with the Cowboys trailing and desperately trying to come back, but nevertheless he joins our All-Threat team for the first time in 7 contests this season.

WR- Marvin Harrison Jr.(2), Arizona: It’s been an enigmatic rookie season for the heralded pass catcher out of Ohio State. This is his second All-Threat appearance with the first coming in a huge week 2, but the other 6 games have left a lot to be desired. Harrison shined this week with 6 receptions for 111 yards and a touchdown averaging 15.9 yards per target. The Cardinals need to figure out a way to make this more of a trend and less of an outlier performance.

WR- Calvin Ridley(1), Tennessee: With Deandre Hopkins out of town in KC, Ridley received 15 targets in Tennessee’s embarrassing performance against the Lions. He hauled in 10 of them for 143 yards, but it did not stop the Titans from losing 52-14 at the hands of Detroit. Ridley is primed to get a lot of work moving forward, but hopefully it’s not all just garbage time activity for Fantasy Managers.
