Now, most of this forecasting on which games you should be begging Scott Hanson to rave about on Sunday is based on one week's results. The NFL being a day-to-day business for the most part, so that's the only information that should be necessary for most of these teams. With the smattering early season injuries and, frankly, the NFL schedule-makers forgetting to make Week 2 good again, these are the games I will be locked into for the various narratives and potential fallouts.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Cincinnati Bengals

(Black & Teal)

The Jaguars dominated a team in Week 1 that many thought they were on par with. Bryce Young and Trevor Lawrence have many similarities but the Jags need to be ahead of the Panthers' schedule and appear to be so far. The Bengals, on the other hand, struggled to move the ball for a half hour against the Browns of all teams. Jacksonville's defense is being rebuilt in Anthony Campanile's image and a test against Burrow and his weapons will prove whether this team is for real or not. Cincy has a similar opportunity before them but if they look more how they did in Week 1, then it becomes an opportunity to fail.

FV Score Prediction: Bengals 26, Jaguars 22

Philadelphia Eagles @ Kansas City Chiefs

(AP)

Obviously a Super Bowl rematch is high on everyone's list, but some are surprised it's only happened a few times since the 1990s. Both teams dominated last season in different manners. Kansas City seems to have lost a bit of their late game heroics while the Eagles defense spit up on themselves (pun intended). Jalen Carter's return is exciting for those who don't realize that the Chiefs' two best OL will match up with him most plays. The Eagles secondary, like the Chiefs, had some strange lapses for Fangio and Spagnuolo-led groups. Clearly, Philly is not afraid of going into Arrowhead but Kansas City is in a must-win situation to avoid an 0-2 hole.

FV Score Prediction: Eagles 27, Chiefs 22

Atlanta Falcons @ Minnesota Vikings

(New York Times)

The Falcons and Vikings were participants in some of the more hidden gems of Week 1. The Vikings got their moment in the sun as the stand alone night game but the Falcons were buried by a rare Younghoe Koo miss. The Kirk Cousins legacy game will feature him on the bench, but Kevin O'Connell has to be itching to get a good, 60-minute performance from JJ McCarthy while Michael Penix is begging to get his horses rolling. Atlanta spent 2 first round picks on pass rushers and have yet to generate one, so if the young Viking QB can string a more stable performance, then the young Falcons QB will have to do the same in prime time.

FV Score Prediction: Vikings 24, Falcons 21
